Fair value, modern and good little 4 star hotel. Favourable setting, caring and very very helpful personnel from check-in until check-out. Just 10 min walking to city center.

The hotels location was perfect. The free bike hire is also a must for seeing Palma's sights!
Our bedding wasn't changed throughout the entire stay!

I do not think it is a four star hotel as advertised- at most 3/ stars. rooms very small and decor tired. spa/pool very disappointing. also air conditioning not working so like a furnace in room- would not recommend at all

The bedding was dreamy. Had a very good sleep.
The spa facilities (swimming pool and jacuzzi) where very small and very very dirty all the time. Plus, the swimming pool was way smaller from the picture on the booking site.....

Comfortable, no-nonsense modern hotel 10min walk from the main sights of Palma. Excellent base to explore both the city and the whole island as it is very close to the train/bus station. Small spa to cool down after beech/sightseeing. Very helpfull staff.

I loved staying here because it was just a few steps from the beautiful Park de la Mar and a short stroll to the Royal Palace of La Almudaina. Plus, the hotel offers a fantastic rooftop bar to unwind after a day of exploring.

My stay was very very good here. My room was adequate with a very clean bed and a sensational breakfast. The staff was efficient, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. The service was absolutely excellent. Moreover, WiFi was very useful. The restaurant was wonderful.

Being able to mine the excellent knowledge of Palma by the front desk staff (particularly Paco [Francisco Jose] & Lina) made my stay here very memorable. Paco was able to point out many places that I otherwise would not have experienced. Having use of a free bike was a very nice touch. The spa & pool were clean and spacious. Loved the huge bed. Liked that the location was half way between the train station and the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again...

The room was pretty comfy, but it felt a bit small for four people. No kettle was a bummer, especially for a 4-star place. It lacked a toilet brush, kinda weird. On the upside, it was clean and well-equipped, with a mini bar stocked daily. The bed was super cozy! Just wished for a few more amenities.
